The Gardens

The gardens surrounding the Millhouse are a peaceful extension of its history, shaped by time, water, and nature. Winding paths lead guests through the remains of the original stone buildings, where ivy-clad walls and weathered stone tell quiet stories of the past. From here, gentle walks follow the River Erne as it flows past the property, offering moments of stillness, birdsong, and ever-changing reflections. Within the gardens themselves, a tranquil pond and a traditional orchard invite unhurried wandering, quiet contemplation, and a deeper connection to the rhythms of the countryside.
